About Our Team

The Ark Learning Center family includes a diverse team of passionate educators who are committed to your child’s success.

President

Danielle Robison

The current President, Danielle Robison provides oversight for all projects, goals, and visionary aspects of the business. Danielle has been in the childcare field since 2002 and has been in various leadership roles since 2004. In 2023, Danielle graduated from Liberty University with her Doctorate in Educational Leadership specializing in ECE.

Having a passion for at-risk and foster children, Danielle believes that all children deserve a safe, loving environment to learn and grow. All children should be given the tools through nurture, nature, and love to enter Kindergarten at the same level as their peers.

As an adoptive mom, Danielle loves that her daughter is provided a quality environment to help assist in meeting her developmental milestones in a loving and gentle manner.

As the President of The Ark Learning Center since 2019, she has expanded to three locations across NH and oversees 60 team members and is continually looking for ways to ensure that NH children have access to quality childcare and education.

Casey Payne

Regional Director

Casey is our Regional Director, supporting all three of our Ark locations and working closely with every department to help our centers grow and thrive. With a true passion for Early Childhood Education, she brings years of hands-on experience and leadership to our team. Growing up in a big family—her dad is one of eleven and she has over 35 cousins—Casey was surrounded by children from a young age and always knew she wanted to work in the education industry. She began college in General Education, but quickly found her passion in Early Childhood and made the switch. Since 2016, she’s worked in childcare centers in just about every role, from Teacher to Director, and later as Director of Operations overseeing two centers. She’s also in the final stretch of completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.

In addition to her leadership role, Casey has taken on a big part in implementing the Pyramid Model here at The Ark, supporting classrooms and staff in creating nurturing, supportive, and inclusive environments. She loves The Ark’s vision and is passionate about helping both children and staff succeed.
Casey brings warmth, positivity, and a welcoming spirit to her role as Co-Director of Londonderry and Regional Director at The Ark Learning Center. She’s excited to support and grow with the community.
